Included?
There is water, firewood, speaker and a couple of sauna hats on site. Everything you need for a pleasant and cosy sauna session.
Bring with me?
Bring a water bottle, towel, swimwear and slippers for the best experience.
Shower?
We strongly recommended to shower beforehand. There is no shower available, only the ocean.
Is the sauna pre-heated?
You heat up the sauna yourself (it takes about 30 minutes), firewood is provided, but often the sauna is already warm from previous guests.
Cold plunges?
You’ll find both a swimming pier and a sandy beach right next to the sauna. In winter, there’s an ice hole.
